What does the Favero Assioma charger set contain?

Favero Assioma Pro Magnetic Charger Set - USB-C is delivered as a complete and highly functional set containing two separate magnetic charging connectors. This dual charger set is a significant upgrade and a major advantage for both ambitious cyclists and dedicated triathletes, as it enables charging of both the left and right power meter pedals at the exact same time. This saves valuable time in a busy daily training routine or during the vital hours before an important competition. The product itself is made of an extremely robust, wear-resistant, and durable black plastic material, as is clearly visible in the product images, where the official Favero logo is elegantly and visibly embossed directly into the side of the charger heads. The ergonomic and clip-like design ensures a completely precise, tight, and stable fit around the pedal's vital electronic components. It is important to note that the USB-C cables themselves are not included in the package and must be purchased separately, which provides maximum freedom to use your own existing cables in the desired length. You can easily connect the chargers to modern power sources such as a computer, a power bank, or a standard wall adapter. In terms of compatibility, this original accessory set is developed specifically for the advanced Favero Assioma Pro and Assioma Pro MX mountain bike, gravel, and road pedals, which guarantees completely seamless integration and optimal power transfer without any technical errors.

How does the magnetic USB-C charger work?

The innovative system in the Favero Assioma Pro Magnetic Charger Set - USB-C is based on a highly advanced and reliable magnetic connection technology, which makes the daily charging process incredibly easy, fast, and safe for the user. Instead of traditional connector types that require laboriously pressing a cable into delicate and vulnerable openings, these specially designed black charger heads click automatically, instantly, and precisely into place over the power meter pedals' dedicated external contact points as soon as they are brought near the pedal body. This smart magnetic design ensures a completely stable and optimal electrical connection every single time, allowing the current to flow efficiently and protecting the sensitive built-in rechargeable batteries from inappropriate voltage fluctuations. On the charger itself, you will find a modern USB Type-C interface, where you can easily connect your own preferred USB-C cable. Thanks to this universal and future-proof USB-C technology, you can easily provide your pedals with stable power from virtually any available power source, whether you are at home in the bike workshop, sitting in the car on the way to a race, or in urgent need of recharging your power meter pedals via a portable power bank during a training camp abroad. The intuitive and very user-friendly design makes maintaining the battery life of your equipment a breeze.

What benefits does a magnetic charger set provide?

The absolute greatest and most significant advantage of using the original Favero Assioma Pro Magnetic Charger Set - USB-C is the intelligent built-in safety function that effectively protects your valuable cycling equipment from unforeseen and costly damage. The magnetic interface is ingeniously designed to release and disconnect instantly and without any mechanical resistance if someone accidentally trips over or pulls hard on the USB cable while the pedals are charging on the bike. This effectively prevents the cables from being violently pulled out, which could potentially destroy the pedal's internal electronics, damage the charging port itself, or in the worst case, cause the entire bike to tip over onto the floor. Additionally, the compact and extremely robust construction in black plastic is ideal for an active lifestyle, as the small charging units can easily be packed into a bike bag or suitcase without taking up unnecessary space during transport. The fact that the set includes two complete charging units means maximum efficiency and time savings, as you completely avoid having to charge one pedal at a time. With this indispensable accessory, you ensure an uninterrupted and professional training routine, where your power pedals are always ready to deliver precise data directly under your foot.
