When will my package arrive?
We always strive to get your order packed and sent from our warehouse as quickly as possible, and therefore we pack every weekday.
If you place an order before 3pm on a weekday, you can expect us to pack your order the same day it is placed. If the order is placed at the end of the day, we will most likely send it out the next working day.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time the package is dispatched from our warehouse. If there is an extended delivery time, this will be stated at the time of purchase.

How can I make a complaint about my product?
If you want to make a complaint about a product, please send an email to info@transition-zone.com , from where we will help you with the further process.
Transition Zone provides a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act in the event that the product has a defect. A deficiency can, for example, be a manufacturing or material fault, or if there has been incorrect information about the item.
If damage has occurred to the product as a result of mishandling on the part of the customer or normal wear and tear, the product is not covered by the right of complaint.

How long is my exchange period?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Transition Zone, which is valid from the date you received your order.

How do I get my money refunded?
If an item is returned, the purchase price will be refunded to the card used when the item was purchased.
When we receive your return package at our office, we check and review that the item is in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
The amount for the item is subsequently returned to your account. Please note that it can take up to 10-14 banking days before you can see the money in your account - under normal circumstances, however, it takes 3-5 banking days.
Is there free shipping?
There is always free shipping on purchases over DKK 699 on our website.
In addition, when you come to check-out, you will have the opportunity to pick up your parcel physically from us at our office.

Can I buy the products from a physical dealer?
Transition Zone has no physical retailers at the moment, but you are very welcome to see and try different products, sizes and models at our office in Aarhus.
If you want to visit us physically, we ask you to contact us and arrange a time beforehand so that we can make sure that you do not show up in vain. In that case, let us know which products you want to try so we can make sure they are in stock.

Is Transition Zone an authorized dealer?
All the products Transition Zone sells are bought directly from the brand itself or via national distributors. This also means that we have all the rights from each individual brand.

How do I find the right size?
You can find size guides, where relevant, under the various product descriptions or in the image gallery on the product pages.

Can I test the products?

What does it mean that my return package is securely wrapped?
Your package must be securely wrapped so that the product and packaging are not damaged during shipping. It is important that the goods arrive in the same condition as they were received.

Is my package insured?
We ship via GLS, which insures packages up to DKK 4500.

Can I come and return and exchange my goods physically?
You are welcome to return or exchange your goods at our office in Aarhus. However, we recommend that you make an appointment with a time so that you do not go in vain.
